How long does it take to have a web presence?

We did it in under five minutes at a cost of $0.00. http://osucollegefootball.wordpress.com/ Not bad for a bunch of (awesome!) OSU students. However, not too sure about message development but it is still early in the semester. My questions is, if you are passionate about something, why don't you have a website?
